This is our fourth instalment in our learning to walk before you can run series and we are really excited that you are joining us.
This is the time when I actually start to jog. As I have mentioned before its not something that I have ever been any good at.
My opinion is that if I CAN DO IT then you can do it too.
What’s Included In Learning To Run Stage 1
For the ninth Podcast I am looking at taking it up a level.
I have passed all the power walking challenges and now I want to prove that given the opportunity I could do some light jogging. For light jogging I am talking about mainly power walking with some jogging thrown it to help me reach the next level.
And because it’s small bursts it doesn’t really feel like you are doing much different.
