Welcome to stage 8 of my learning to run series of Podcasts at My Weight Loss Dream.
When I look back at stage 1 and then think I have now recorded a Podcast for stage 8 it feels absolutely amazing.
It also feels amazing to say that I tried on my little black dress today. This is the same dress that I want to be wearing on Halloween and is my target outfit. I always said as long as I fit in this I will be happy! Well I am in it and I just need some more running to really tone up. Halloween is still three weeks away so we will see how I am by then!
What’s Included In Learning To Run Stage 8
Stage 8 is all about breaking out of the 50% run vs 50% walk routine. It is of course great to say that you can half run, half walk but wouldn’t it be great to say that you can 75% run and eventually achieve 100%?
Well this is where we are taking you in this running Podcast. Looking at it you probably think it’s rather hard but it is in fact a lot easier than you think!
