Welcome to learning to walk before you can run stage 10. Just think after completing this stage you will be able to say you have completed the first 10 stages. There are only 20 so this means you are officially HALFWAY THERE.

When I look back on stage 1 I can’t believe I have come this far. I am so much fitter and the distance I am doing without stopping running now is coming along better and better.
I have also found that since I have followed a clean eating diet a lot more than I did when I was younger that this is really helping with my fitness. So if you are doing this but haven’t changed your diet, then really consider at least ditching the processed foods.
What’s Included In Learning To Run Stage 10
For stage 10 what we have in store for you is to return to the 50% rule and have 10 minutes of running to 5 minutes of walking until you have completed a distance of 4km.
I like this stage because your running totals are gradually improving and to say that you can run for 10 minutes without stopping is amazing!
