Welcome to learning to walk before you can run stage 11 and I am excited that you’re part of my running world.
The first time I ever did any running was back in 2013 when I was just out of the obese category and I just had this urge. I don’t know where the urge came from as I am not the running type, yet here I was with a hangover going for a 7am run.
I did it a couple of times after that but never did any real distance and didn’t put any effort into it. Yet here I am, sharing with you my latest running stage and wondering whether it is someone else doing this and not me.
What’s Included In Learning To Run Stage 11
Stage 11 is all about running for 12 minutes without stopping. This may sound a lot but really it isn’t. You’ll soon find that the time flies by. Or put it into context and imagine that most people that run regularly do so for 25 minutes so you are close to the halfway point.
Plus if you look back via the stages you’ll see that your distance is steadily growing and you’re turning into a runner rather than a couch potato.
