I started these Podcasts as I felt the NHS version was too difficult for me to do and that I was just too fat for it. Yet here I am with a much better BMI and I am about to show you how to jog for 15 minutes without stopping.
What’s Included In Learning To Run Stage 12
Stage 12 is about running for 15 minutes. Whether you are a relatively slow jogger like myself or faster like Dominic it has the beginner in mind. I first did this a few months ago and now looking back 15 minutes seemed like such a big number even though it wasn’t.
I love running, I love the energy it gives you and most of all I love the weight loss!!!!
