Welcome to learning to walk before you can run stage 13 and I love to do these Podcasts so that I can share with you my love of running and how someone like me that is unfit and out of shape can learn to run just as well as a slim person. When I started these Podcasts I was clinically overweight yet now I have a healthy BMI and my body shape has improved from all the running I have done.
Running has become a big part of my life and I go running 2-4 times a week depending on what other commitments I have on. It gives me a natural buzz and I love it!
What’s Included In Learning To Run Stage 13
Stage 13 is about running 18 minutes without stopping along with some walking. You’re heading into pro running territory here and I hope you’re ready! This stage is one you can achieve in a couple of weeks or in one session, depending on how well you coped with stage 12.
