Welcome to learning to walk before you can run stage 14 and are you ready for another round of running?
These running stages can be done at whatever pace you’re happy with. If you listen to them you’ll see that there is often a few weeks time difference between each one. That is because (just like you) I am not super fit, I have family to think about and sometimes the nasty rain can get in the way.
No matter what your pace do a stage and then move onto the next and enjoy it as you do it.
What’s Included In Learning To Run Stage 14
Stage 14 is all about you setting the goals in your running. Like with stage 7 that we did 7 weeks ago now, I want you to jog until you can jog no more. This will then give you a better idea of how your fitness has improved and what your body is capable of.
This can then be your role model for improving in future stages.
