When I first went around the track where I now jog, I had a BMI of 34.4 and it took me 20 minutes on a slow walk. Yet here I am now running it in just under 13 minutes. We all start somewhere and it is nice to see how we all improve bit by bit.
What’s Included In Learning To Run Stage 15
In stage 15 we are keeping things simple. We are slightly increasing on what we did in stage 14 and making so that it is an easy next stage to complete. It is probably the easiest stage increase out of all of them that I have done. And it is a nice small stage before we move onto the final ones.
