Hello and welcome to our latest Podcast at My Weight Loss Dream.
I created my learning to walk before you can run series as I felt that there wasn’t anything out there that targeted the truly unfit.
I call myself unfit because I am. Even as a teenager I couldn’t manage a single sit up and my fitness even though much better in 2015 it is far from perfect.
I did look into the NHS and their off the couch to 5km challenge and even that seemed too much.
I needed to be eased in gently and these podcasts are me learning to run while you listen along.
This is our fifth track in learning to run and if you want something at a steady pace then you have found it!

For this next podcast it is all about me easing myself in gently into running. There is a very small amount of running so that you can build up your fitness and not feel like your body is about to break in two if you do the slightest bit of running.
