Hello and welcome to our latest Podcast at My Weight Loss Dream.
Can you believe this is the third stage in my running journal. Of course there were other stages before this, but this is the third one that includes actual running.
Anyone can walk but it is a real achievement to get fit enough to be able to run. Some running is always better than none and by starting at the beginning via these Podcasts we can all learn how to run together.
What’s Included In Learning To Run Stage 3
I love Tesco’s and their tagline “every little helps” because you know what? Every little does help and by adding a little bit of running into your regime you can build up your strength.
The track I do a lot of my running at is 1750m back when I was obese I could only just manage to walk around it in 20 minutes. Yet here I am a bit slimmer learning how to run and that is awesome!
