Hello and welcome to our latest Podcast at My Weight Loss Dream.
Just think you are starting stage 4 of learning to run. In truth I am doing these Podcasts as I go so I am not sure at this point how many stages there will be altogether, but to make it to the fourth one with me is still an achievement.
Just think as you build yourself up where you started and try not to take breaks in it.
For example in the Podcasts I share with you what dates I did the running on. At the times when I did have breaks, I found it so much harder to then go in and join the next round.
What’s Included In Learning To Run Stage 4
In this stage we are on with a little bit more running and a little less walking. You’ll find that as you build yourself up naturally that you won’t need as many walking breaks as you did before. It is best to still take them though, as you want to build up your fitness and really enjoy what you are doing.
If you do feel a stage is way too easy for you, then you can always go straight in at the next stage instead.
