I would like to introduce you to the very first podcast at My Weight Loss Dream. I have wanted to put together a Podcast for a while now so that I can talk to you in more detail about my weight loss journey and the time has finally come to getting around to it.
Some of you may be wondering what a Podcast actually is? Well its where I get a supersized microphone, Dominic puts together a lot of technical equipment and then I record. He then transfers it into MP3 files and then WOW I am live on Itunes.
I am planning to get out a new Podcast every week and I am really excited and looking forward to sharing this with you all.
Plus in future podcasts there will also be the option to download the PDF of the transcript so that you have many formats to enjoy our podcasts in!

Now in my weight loss journey I have hit a crossroad. I have lost more than half the weight I want to lose, I am wanting to get fit, lose those last few pounds and enjoy my healthy lifestyle.
