Hello and welcome to Podcast number 2 at My Weight Loss Dream.
We like to put together Podcasts because it is a great way to communicate with you in a new medium and to have a bit fun along the way as we share our weight loss and fitness journey.
After the introduction podcast last time I wanted to look at my best achievements as far as weight loss is concerned and this has led to this podcast being created.
What’s Included In MWLD FM 002:
For our second Podcast I wanted to share with you my best weight loss that I had earlier in the year when I decided to create my own DIY detox. In my 7 day detox diet I removed all the rubbish from my diet (bye bye processed foods and alcohol) and looked at how replacing meals with some soup (not all meals) can make a massive effect on how much weight we can actually lose.
This was carried out in January after the excesses of Christmas but it could be done at any time of year!
