Hello and welcome to Podcast number 4 at My Weight Loss Dream.
This is our first of many Podcasts where we talk about our favourite foods and favourite recipes. After all, this is important to us all isn’t it? Well we are all wanting to look for a healthier option because we are all addicted to food.
For many of us food is the first thing we think about when we wake up in the morning and the last thing we think of at night. For many of us we reward ourselves with food – but I am here is show you in my recipe series about what healthy options you have!
