We still can’t believe we are at Podcast number 5 already and we are amazed by how much time has passed so far. We love creating our Podcasts and we hope you enjoy listening to them.

For our fifth Podcast I wanted to share with you my favourite low calorie versions of takeaway favourites. I love takeaways like everyone else. Get me a phone and let me dial for a pizza and I am super happy and that was how my Saturday nights went for a number of years.
Then I got fat and decided to lose the weight I had gained from all these years of takeaways. And the result is twenty delicious takeaway recipes that you can make at home. They are all nutritious but super tasty at the same time. Bring on the pizza, the burger, the curry and so much more.
