In this new album of Podcasts we will be putting you through your paces as I become the crash dummy as a overweight person that wants to learn how to run.

Instead of throwing you in at the deep end, you’ll start at the beginning from walking, to power walking, to power walking with weights right through to small jogs until I become walk free.
Even without being overweight I have always been incredibly unfit and even when I was three stone lighter than my current weight I couldn’t jog.
So this Podcast is mainly about me using my podcasting equipment as my kick up the butt that I need!

For the sixth Podcast it’s all about getting ready. Putting a plan in action so that each week (or when I feel like it) I can knock something off the list and say to myself that I have done that and then move onto the next.
