Hello and welcome to our latest Podcast at My Weight Loss Dream.
And a big welcome to the second installment in our learning to walk before you can run Podcast series.
It feels like such a long time since I first started My Weight Loss Dream and how little walking I could manage at the time. MWLD never started out as a blog with lots of readers, but somewhere that I could be accountable and where I would actually lose weight. When it started I was weighing in at over 16 stone and yet at the time of writing this I am below 12 stone. I never thought that day would happen and now my objective is to tone up and actually get fit!
What’s Included In The First Steps
For the seventh Podcast I am stepping it up a gear and we are getting into power walking. I love power walking and this is a speed that whether you are skinny or obese you could do.
The first of the two challenges was the speed Dominic & I easily managed when we had BMI’s of 40 and 34. So if we could do it back then, then I am sure you can manage it.
Now when I look back I realise that I have come a long way from this first exercise we had.
