Hello and welcome to our latest Podcast at My Weight Loss Dream.
This is our third installment in our learning to walk before you can run series and we are really excited that you are joining us.
This has to be the most enjoyable exercise I have ever done. This was done with my daughter in her baby carrier, walking around the park with lots of beautiful sunshine. Sofia giggled as I burned the calories and I realised if she could stay this age and I could have this sunshine everyday that it’s the only exercise I would ever want to do.
If you have a baby then get out the baby carrier, forget about the pushchair and burn lots of calories and get fit!
What’s Included In Power Walk With Extras
For the eighth Podcast I am looking at power walking with weights. The weights don’t have to be of a gym standard just having extra weight carried around with you.
I used my daughter Sofia but you could use some water bottles, textbooks, bags of sugar in a rucksack or whatever you have available to you.
I will be sharing my personal diary of how I got along and how you can make this your easiest round yet.
